Day 1: Fly From Zanzibar To Serengeti.
Early morning transfer from your hotel in Zanzibar to the airport for your domestic flight to Serengeti National Park Upon arrival at the airstrip, you will be met by your guide driver and vehicle for your full-day game drive in the Serengeti Look out for the “Big Five” (lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and rhinos) and other wildlife such as zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, and hyenas Stop for a picnic lunch in the park, enjoying the stunning scenery and wildlife around you Continue your game drive in the afternoon, exploring different areas of the park and looking for more wildlife. Return to your lodge or tented camp in the park for dinner and an overnight stay
Day 2: Full Game Drive In Serengeti National Park.
After breakfast at your lodge or tented camp, embark on a full-day game drive in the Serengeti. Visit different areas of the park such as the Seronera Valley, the Grumeti River, or the Lobo area, depending on wildlife sightings and seasonal migrations. Look out for the “Big Five” and other wildlife such as zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, and hyenas. If it’s between July and October, you may have the opportunity to witness the great wildebeest migration near the Mara River. Watch as hundreds of thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles cross the river, battling strong currents and avoiding predators such as crocodiles and lions. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park, surrounded by the stunning scenery and wildlife. Continue your game drive in the afternoon, keeping an eye out for more wildlife and taking in the beauty of the Serengeti. Return to your lodge or tented camp in the park for dinner and an overnight stay
Day 3: Full Game Drive In Serengeti National Park With Option Of Short Walking Safari Or Hot Air Balloon.
Today, you will enjoy a full-day game drive in Serengeti National Park, which is home to an incredible diversity of wildlife. You will have the opportunity to observe predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs hunting and stalking their prey, as well as the iconic wildebeest migration if you visit during the right time of year. You’ll also have the chance to see large herds of elephants, buffalos, and other African wildlife. You’ll have a picnic lunch in the park and continue your game drive in the afternoon before returning to your camp or lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4 Transfer Game Drive To Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, depart from your lodge or tented camp in the Serengeti and head towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy a game drive on your way to the park, looking for wildlife and taking in the stunning scenery of the highlands. Arrive at your lodge or tented camp in the conservation area in the late afternoon. Check-in and relax at your accommodation, which is ideally located near the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater and offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Enjoy dinner at the lodge or tented camp, followed by a good night’s sleep to prepare for your visit to the crater the next day. Staying inside the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a great way to maximize your time in the park and increase your chances of seeing wildlife, as you will be among the first vehicles to enter the crater in the morning.
Day 5: Full Game Drive In Ngorongoro Crater.
Wake up early for breakfast and depart from your lodge or tented camp to the Ngorongoro Crater. Enter the crater early in the morning, before the crowds arrive, for a full day of game drives and wildlife sightings. The Ngorongoro Crater is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most iconic safari destinations in Africa. It is home to over 25,000 large animals, including elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, and rhinos, as well as many other species such as hyenas, zebras, gazelles, and flamingos.. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater, surrounded by wildlife and breathtaking scenery. Spend the rest of the day exploring different areas of the crater, looking for more wildlife, and enjoying the unique landscape and geological features of the area. Exit the crater in the late afternoon and return to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and an overnight stay
Staying inside the Ngorongoro Conservation Area allows you to make the most of your time in the park and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the area. Many lodges and tented camps offer activities such as guided walks, cultural visits, or sundowner cocktails with panoramic views of the crater.
Day 6: Departure And Transfer To The Airport.
After breakfast, check out from your lodge or tented camp and depart for the airport or the next destination of your trip. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for a final game drive or other activities in the park before leaving. Your guide will transfer you to the nearest airport, where you will catch a domestic flight to Zanzibar or another destination. Depending on your international flight schedule, you may need to spend an additional night in Zanzibar or Dar es Salaam before departing for home. Arrive at the airport with plenty of time to check in for your flight and go through security and immigration procedures. Board your flight and depart for home, taking with your memories of an unforgettable safari adventure in Tanzania!
