PAYMENTS POLICY:

A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

In addition to the deposit, full payment for all air tickets is required to fully secure the airfare(s).

The remaining balance of the tour cost is payable 60 days prior to the departure date.

If the reservation is made within 60 days of departure, the entire tour price must be paid at the time of confirmation.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or any other mutually agreed-upon method.

All bank charges and transaction fees associated with the payment are the responsibility of the client.

Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

In the event of cancellations, the following cancellation fees will apply:

  • More than 60 days prior to departure: Loss of deposit
  • 31-60 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost
  • 0-30 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost
