8:30 AM – Meet your guide at your hotel in Arusha and depart for Meserani.
9:30 AM – Arrive at the Maasai village and meet your guide, who will introduce you to the Maasai people and provide you with information about their culture and way of life.
10:00 AM – Take a guided tour of the Maasai village, visiting traditional homes made of cow dung and sticks, and observing the daily activities of the Maasai people such as milking cows and making handicrafts.
11:30 AM – Participate in a traditional dance and song performance with the Maasai people, and learn about the significance of the different dance moves and songs.
12:30 PM – Enjoy a traditional Maasai lunch, which may include roasted meat, vegetables, and ugali, a type of cornmeal porridge.
1:30 PM – Take part in a beadwork workshop with the Maasai women, learning how to make intricate and colorful necklaces and bracelets using traditional techniques.
3:00 PM – Visit the nearby Meserani Snake Park, where you can learn about Tanzania’s diverse reptile population and even hold a python or boa constrictor.
4:30 PM – Return to your hotel in Arusha, concluding your day tour.
