Upon your early morning arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you’ll be warmly welcomed by your guide and driven through the lush Tanzanian countryside to Serval Wildlife Sanctuary, located near the base of Mt. Kilimanjaro. This exclusive sanctuary is home to rescued and rehabilitated wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, elands, ostriches, and cheetahs.

Here, you’ll have a unique opportunity to interact with the animals in a controlled, ethical environment while learning about conservation efforts. Enjoy lunch in the serene surroundings, relax in your luxury eco-lodge, and unwind with the peaceful sounds of nature. Dinner and overnight at Serval.

After breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, one of Africa’s most famous safari destinations. You’ll descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and a haven for wildlife. The crater floor hosts nearly every species of African mammal, including the Big Five—lions, elephants, buffalos, rhinos, and leopards—as well as hippos, hyenas, jackals, flamingos, and more.

Enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch in the crater. Capture incredible photographs against dramatic landscapes and observe wildlife interactions up close. Later in the afternoon, ascend from the crater and transfer to your overnight lodge near Karatu or Tarangire.

Begin your final safari day with an early breakfast, followed by a full-day game drive in Tarangire National Park. This park is a hidden gem, known for its towering baobab trees, large elephant herds, and diverse wildlife. As you explore the savannah and woodlands, you may encounter lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and over 500 species of birds.

After a relaxing lunch in the park, drive back to Arusha in the afternoon and proceed to the airport for your evening flight to Zanzibar, marking the end of an exciting 3-day journey through the heart of Tanzania’s wildlife.
